  • Staff credential tracking
  • Compliance management
  • Communication tools
  • Document storage
  • Inspection readiness support

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have authority to act on behalf of a childcare center or organization
  • Provide accurate registration information
  • Be licensed by the DHS or licensed agency in your State 

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining account confidentiality
  • All activity under your account
  • Ensuring staff access is properly managed

You agree to notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

5. Subscription & Payment

  • Services are billed on a subscription basis (monthly or annual)
  • Fees are non-refundable unless required by law
  • We may change pricing with advance notice
  • Failure to pay may result in account suspension

6. Data & Privacy

We collect and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including:

  • Staff credential information
  • Business and operational data
  • Communication records

You retain ownership of your data. We act as a data processor.

7. Compliance Disclaimer

Our platform assists with regulatory compliance but does not guarantee:

  • Licensing approval
  • Inspection outcomes
  • Full compliance with state or federal regulations

This software is designed to assist childcare center/ organization /educators(staff) with secure staff credential storage, tracking, and inspection preparation. Use of this software does not guarantee compliance with DHS regulations of other governing bodies Centers / organizations/ educators(staff) remain responsible for adhering to state licensing requirements.

You remain responsible for meeting all applicable childcare laws.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the platform for illegal purposes
  • Upload false or misleading information
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse engineer the system
  • Share login credentials improperly

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content, software, and branding are owned by KYDZ Careers.

You may not:

  • Copy or resell the platform
  • Reverse engineer or duplicate features

10. Third-Party Integrations

We may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for:

  • Third-party outages
  • Data handling outside our system

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these terms
  • You fail to pay subscription fees
  • We detect misuse or risk

You may cancel at any time.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KYDZ careers from claims related to:

We are not responsible for any penalties, fines, operational disruptions, or damages resulting from expired, missing, or inaccurate Compliance Data.

The Service is provided as a management and tracking tool only and does not replace official government, licensing, or regulatory systems.

Use of the Service does not constitute legal, regulatory, or compliance advice.

6. No Legal Advice Clause

The information provided through the Service is for informational and administrative purposes only and does not constitute legal, regulatory, or professional advice.

You should consult with appropriate legal or regulatory authorities regarding compliance obligations.

7. Limitation of Liability 

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business interruption, or regulatory penalties arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
